I am so excited! I finished the Royal Ohm purse (see pictures to the left). The purse feels so good to hold and is so compact...I hand sewed all the beads, front and back and the gold and black trim at the bottom is from a vintage party dress.

The bag has two pockets inside, one for a cell phone. The semi-precious beads include amber, amethyst, onyx, aventurine, mookite, onyx, coral and carnelian. The Ohm symbol is made with a hand embroidered satin stitch.

The purse has a nice weight, it's made with cotton and upholstery fabric.

The handles measure 7" high, and the purse is 9" wide and 8 1/2" high and 3 1/2" length, and has a magnetic clasp.

This purse can be used as an elegant evening bag, but since all the beads are triple stitched, you don't have to feel shy about wearing the bag more often because it's sturdy.

New Ohm Purse

Very close to finishing the Ohm purse. It is so wonderful...I've never seen anything like it...all the semi-precious beads are hand sewn, the Ohm symbol is hand embroidered (that was a feat in itself) and some of the trim is from a vintage 1970's gown. Like with all my purses, I fallen in love with this one.

Can't wait to download pictures of this one!

Carol Joy Fashions

I just finished making really colorful rainbow purse, it's probably considered medium sized for the majority of women out there.

I'm finishing up an Ohm purse now, very dramatic. There seems to be a need for these type of purses.
