Project 2-1 Burnout Velvet Fabric

The good news is that I'm going to a wedding on Sunday (I love weddings)...The bad news is the dress I was going to wear doesn't fit the way I want it too (I can just barely zip it up)...The good news is that I'm going to make another dress...the bad news is I don't have a lot of time...

So, the good news is this pattern Butterick B4914.  The style is very flattering...plus I wanted a quick knit type pattern.




 This is an easy, fast, attractive style, and even though I need to cut the pattern out tonight, I'm sure I can make it tomorrow. 

Plus, I have this pretty green and black knit, and I think it will be lovely! Plus I have lots of great black shoes to wear with it, and I have a necklace and earrings that will look fantastic with it.  And a black purse.  But maybe I need to make another black purse...
